Buying A Newly Built Home
- We are approaching the process of buying new homes on behalf of our clients in a new and refreshing manner.
- We have a team specially drawn directly from the New Homes industry. No-one could be better placed!
- You will be expected to exchange contracts within 28 days of reserving your new home - no problem!
- To ensure we do that for you, your specialist will contact you immediately, letting you know what we are doing and what you need to do for us.
- Where possible, communicate electronically to speed matters along
- Allow you access to our systems so you can see where we are at any time of the day or night
- Provide a full report on your contract and the documents we receive from the builder
- Offer advice on special conditions that may exist on your New Home and the New Homes Warranty
- Deal direct with the builders sales team to ensure the speediest response
- Where the builder is open 5 days a week, progress the chain when they are closed.
- Offer a fixed fee, in writing, upon instruction, so you know where you stand.
- NO! You only pay for any disbursements paid out on your behalf. You DO NOT pay for any conveyancing services if you don't buy the property.
- Yes. We will need £100 towards disbursements up front. You can pay this by cheque or debit card.
We always:
Do I pay if I don't go ahead?
Do I pay anything up front?
