Buying A Newly Built Home

  • We are approaching the process of buying new homes on behalf of our clients in a new and refreshing manner.
  • We have a team specially drawn directly from the New Homes industry. No-one could be better placed!
  • You will be expected to exchange contracts within 28 days of reserving your new home - no problem!
  • To ensure we do that for you, your specialist will contact you immediately, letting you know what we are doing and what you need to do for us.
  • We always:

    • Where possible, communicate electronically to speed matters along
    • Allow you access to our systems so you can see where we are at any time of the day or night
    • Provide a full report on your contract and the documents we receive from the builder
    • Offer advice on special conditions that may exist on your New Home and the New Homes Warranty
    • Deal direct with the builders sales team to ensure the speediest response
    • Where the builder is open 5 days a week, progress the chain when they are closed.
    • Offer a fixed fee, in writing, upon instruction, so you know where you stand.

    Do I pay if I don't go ahead?

    • NO! You only pay for any disbursements paid out on your behalf. You DO NOT pay for any conveyancing services if you don't buy the property.

    Do I pay anything up front?

    • Yes. We will need £100 towards disbursements up front. You can pay this by cheque or debit card.
